3. 7-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement on eligible products from the date of delivery in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective item
  • Wrong product delivered

4. Replacement Conditions

To be eligible for replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, and invoice must be intact
  • Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

5. Replacement Process

Once your replacement request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide further instructions. The replacement product will be shipped after quality verification.

6. Non-Eligible Items

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear & tear are not eligible for replacement.
